Takes 15-20 mins to make! It doesn't get better than that, oh yeah it does... only ONE pan to clean! Yep, it just got better, whoop whoop!! This is soooo tasty and filling!
2 lb frozen shrimp (P&D)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pk Uncle Ben's ready whole grain medley - Santa Fe
1 can Del Monte stewed tomatoes - mexican recipe
You can bulk up this meal easily by adding a bag of frozen corn, a can of black beans (or both) and by adding veggies such as zucchini or squash at the beginning (while cooking the shrimp). Since this dish has a Mexican flare you can compliment the dish by adding cilantro or avocado as a garnish. Make it your own and enjoy!
